Customers book on their own
Ad slot, company listing or PR article on our specialist forums: chosen and booked online, around the clock. No quote loop, no waiting for a call back.
Sales automation
Sales is the half that collects what marketing brought in. We automate it from the read inbox through the opening message and the follow-ups to the invoice and the renewal — inside your mailbox, your CRM and your ERP. The machine prepares, a human approves.
01Showcase: ourselves
We sell nothing we do not use ourselves every day. ForumSphere LLC, which AISphere belongs to, runs Swiss specialist forums with advertisers, agencies and readers. Behind them sit our own CRM and our own ERP, fully connected. Bookings, replies, invoices and follow-ups run automatically. Where a message goes out, a human approves it with one click.
Ad slot, company listing or PR article on our specialist forums: chosen and booked online, around the clock. No quote loop, no waiting for a call back.
Every enquiry is read, matched to the right contact and answered. The draft reply is ready within minutes; one click and it is on its way.
Companies, people, cases, consents and the block list in one place. Every email, booking and invoice hangs on the right contact without anyone typing it in.
The booking becomes the order, the order becomes the invoice, the incoming payment closes the case. Documents come from the data, not from manual work.
Mailbox, CRM, ERP, forums, newsletter and social media talk to each other. One event triggers the next steps on its own: confirmation, publication, invoice, reminder.
Anyone who does not reply gets a friendly reminder. When a booking runs out, the renewal offer arrives in time, not once the slot is already empty.
This is exactly the chain we build for your business: on your systems, with your rules.
02What runs by itself in sales
Each block works on its own. Together they lead from the first researched address to the renewal invoice — with nobody retyping, copying or filing anything by hand.
Enquiry, order, rejection, «not right now», meeting request, out-of-office, undeliverable address: an incoming message is not merely filed, it is understood — and then the right thing happens on its own.
Companies are researched by AI before anyone writes to them at all: website, offering, contact person with their role, an assessment of the potential. Whoever does not fit is never touched.
The research produces an opening message that fits this company — not a form letter with a name pasted in. It is only sent once a human has read it.
Follow-ups run to a fixed cadence, never sooner than a week. A «next year» gets a date instead of being forgotten. A rejection lands on the block list immediately — with every contact of that company.
An order is recognised as one, matched to the right item and the right deal, and put up for approval. One click turns it into a customer — order confirmation and draft invoice included.
Once payment arrives, the booked service goes live — without anyone having to remember it. Before the term runs out the renewal invoice is ready, early enough that it can still be paid.
None of this was drawn up on paper. It runs in day-to-day operation — across our own platforms and our clients' projects.
03The path of one address
Five stations that would otherwise take five people and a good memory.
The company is looked at before it is written to: what does it do, who is responsible, does it fit at all? The result is stored as knowledge on the case, not on a sticky note.
The opening message is drafted and waits for your approval. Then it goes out staggered — on the pacing, in the send window, within the daily limits.
The reply comes back into the same mailbox, is read and classified. Enquiry, rejection, «not right now» or meeting request — each classification triggers something different.
Anyone who does not reply is reminded on the cadence. Anyone who declines is blocked and the deal is closed. Anyone who postpones comes back on the agreed day.
The order becomes a customer, an order confirmation and a draft invoice. The service goes live on payment, and the renewal is ready before the term ends.
04Approval in sales
In sales this is not a precaution but the condition: a machine writing unseen in your company's name will cost you a customer sooner or later.
Opening message, reply, follow-up, order confirmation: everything sits in the dashboard until you have read it. Including the things you asked for yourself.
What you note during an approval is not just worked into that one text — it is stored as knowledge about the company. Next time, the automation already knows.
Several hundred checks run daily against our own sales operation: does every email have its case, is no block list leaking, was nobody contacted twice. And each gate is deliberately made to fail once.
05And the other half
Both halves read the same contacts, the same consent and the same block list. So a rejection in sales also blocks the newsletter — with nobody having to remember it. Each half can still be booked on its own.
Newsletters, social, ad accounts, search notifications and derived content — the half that creates demand and sends the replies into exactly this mailbox.
One dashboard, one approval principle, one set of contacts. The overview shows what the two halves share and where the handover happens.
06Questions about sales
No. Every opening message and every follow-up sits as a draft for approval beforehand. What you do not release is not sent — not even when you started the run yourself.
The company goes on the block list together with every known contact and is never contacted again — in sales and in the newsletter alike. An objection to advertising is stored as a fact, not as a note in a free-text field.
That is exactly what the pacing, the send windows and the mail provider's daily limits are for. Undeliverable addresses are detected and retired instead of being mailed again — and an unsubscribe takes effect in every list immediately.
No. We connect to what you have — mailbox, CRM, ERP and your platform's checkout. Changing systems is a project of its own and should never be the price of admission to automation.
Especially then. Where nobody sits in the inbox all day, the most is left lying around: enquiries never followed up, forgotten reminders, renewal invoices never sent. Those are the gaps the automation closes first.
Yes. The sales half can be booked on its own and runs independently. If the marketing half is added later, both share the same contacts and the same block list — bringing them together afterwards is not a rebuild.
Write to us about the steps that repeat every week in your sales work. You will get an honest assessment — including when the answer is: this is not worth it for you.
The quickest way is by email or through the contact form.
